If we cancel an order after payment has been received, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the canceled order.

Lash Out reserves the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been successfully placed and confirmed.

Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped according to the shipping timeframe stated on our website at the time of purchase.

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, Lash Out is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, weather-related delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned to Lash Out because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

6. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at the customer service email listed on our website.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the item and packaging
Any other information we may request

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or other resolution.

Claims submitted after the 7-day period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Customers are responsible for following product instructions and using products safely. Discontinue use if irritation or an allergic reaction occurs.

Lash Out is not responsible for reactions resulting from improper use, misuse, failure to follow instructions, or individual sensitivities.
